Job Description: As an Over the Road Truck Driver at DB Lyon Logistics, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods across the country. You will be responsible for long-haul trucking and will have the opportunity to explore different regions while enjoying competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks following safety regulations.
- Transport goods over long distances, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient route planning.
- Load and unload cargo, adhering to proper safety procedures. (No Touch Freight)
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, hours of service, and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of OTR (Over the Road) truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to spend extended periods on the road.
